Q: What is reflexology?

A: Reflexology uses targeted pressure points on the feet or hands to help restore the flow of energy throughout the body. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot/hand correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot/hand is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. Reflexology can help clear channels of blocked energy through moving the blood flow, nutrients and nerve impulses. This can improve health and balance, cleanse toxins, boost immune system, increase circulation and promote a healing response.

Q: What kind of massage do you offer?
